General Buisness Terms and Conditions

  1. The prices are quoted ex factory. Pro-rate transport expenses will be invoiced additionally.
  2. The buyer is obliged to grant an additional delivery period of four weeks from the conclusion of the purchase or from the indicated delivery period.
  3. Returns of firrmly ordered goods will not be taken up or accepted without our prior approval. Order cancellations will not be admitted.
  4. The place of performance for deliveries and payments as well as jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
  5. It is explicitly agreed that the delivered goods will remain our property until payment has been made in full. Any piedging or transfer by way of security in favour of third parties shall be excluded before full payment has been made.
  6. Minor variations in colour or designs must be tolerated as they are unavoidable. The seller reserves the right to execute deliveries under this order.
  7. All the quoted prices are net prices and do not include V.A.T.
  8. In the case of special designs slight variations in colours and designs will have to be accepted. For technical reasons such orders provide for a tolerance of +/-10% upon delivery as well as for an obligation to purchase seconds to the extent of 10% at the most.

  10. In the case of delay in payment we will charge interest on arrears. Furthermore we will involve a collection agency in the event of default. It is agreed that any additional expenses incurred for reminders and collection shall be refunded by the customer.
  11. Complaints of defected must be lodged within three days from receipt of the goods, otherwise warranty claims will be excluded. In the case of legimate complaints we have the right to choose between repair, delivery of faultless replacements, or crediting the amount to the customer. Any other consequences of defects are excluded by mutual consent.
  12. These General Buisness Terms and Conditions shall be valid for the entire buisness relationship, even if they are not specifically stated for each individual order.
